PYUNKANG YUL ESSENCE TONER - 100ml

A viscous, essence-type toner that deeply nourishes and revitalises skin. This toner has an intensely hydrating formula designed to deliver nutrient-filled moisture to skin, leaving skin moist and soft. Water is not present here as 91.3% of this toner is milk vecht root extract, rich vitamin and minerals to hydrate and strengthen skin. 

HOW TO USE

After cleansing, apply a small amount to either a cotton pad or directly to the palms and gently pat onto the skin.
